  I came a few days ago and got a referral for a breath test. The doctor told me it was recommended that i come and do it at the clinic, i also infomed someone that i was uncomfortable doing it alone. Whilst i understand that there are instructions at the back that i can follow, i was told its okay to come in and do it at the clinic. I came to the desk and the person behind the counter said they were about to go to lunch and told me to just tell a nurse when she slipped out. When i approached the nurse, she told me she had no time on her hands and to take the referal there for them to show me and that i had to fast. She didnt even give me a chance to explain myself and i find that incredibly rude and unprofessional. Definetly wont be coming back.
